    Hours: 6pm-7am (2-2-3 schedule) 15% shift differential

    We have industry-leading sterile injectable facilities providing solutions to take essential products from pre-clinical to the market. Pharmaceutical products come in many different dose forms including inhalations, oral dose, cream/ointment and injectables.

    Discover Impactful Work:

    The B52 Supervisor (Combi 1) provides frontline leadership for manufacturing and filling operations, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient production of high-quality pharmaceutical products. In this role, you will lead production teams, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and support operational excellence while maintaining compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements.

    A Day in the Life:

    • Lead and develop production teams while fostering accountability, engagement, and organizational change.
    • Ensure production, quality, schedule, and cost objectives are achieved while addressing deviations.
    • Maintain compliance with cGMPs, FDA, OSHA, and internal quality requirements.
    • Plan, monitor, and adjust daily production schedules to meet customer commitments.
    • Promote a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to safety procedures.
    • Evaluate employee performance, coach team members, and complete performance reviews.
    • Support technical issue resolution and successful transfer of new manufacturing processes.
    • Develop and maintain production documentation, procedures, and work instructions.
    • Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
    • Monitor attendance, approve timecards, ensure required training completion, and perform other assigned duties.

    Keys to Success:

    Education

    • Bachelor's degree in Physical, Biological, Chemical, Production Science, or related field strongly preferred. Equivalent education and experience will be considered.

    Experience

    • 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
    • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience.
    • Sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing experience preferred.

    Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

    • Knowledge of aseptic processing and manufacturing operations.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Self-motivated, dependable, and results oriented.
    • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to lead technical teams, resolve complex problems, and motivate employees.
    • Strong judgment, confidentiality, and time management skills.

    Physical Requirements / Work Environment

    • Requires standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, lifting up to 50 pounds, occasional pushing/pulling over 100 pounds, manual dexterity, prolonged computer use, and the ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
