The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor supports the PCPF Operations & Maintenance department at MD Anderson Cancer Center, which provides mission-critical facilities and infrastructure support for continuous, 24/7 operations. The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the safe maintenance, repair, and operation of plant equipment and utility systems, supervising skilled trades staff, and ensuring reliable performance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems that directly support patient care and institutional operations. The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor balances hands-on field oversight with administrative leadership to ensure safety, compliance, and operational excellence.

Salary: Minimum $92,500.00 - Midpoint $115,500.00 - Maximum $138,500.00
The typical work schedule is Wednesday - Saturday, weekend night shifts, full onsite presence required
