Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Supervise production, maintenance, and warehouse operations.
- Lead a team of skilled trades and production employees.
- Achieve safety, quality, production, and efficiency goals.
- Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and corrective actions.
- Investigate and resolve production, equipment, and process issues.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and equipment uptime.
- Ensure products meet quality standards and control plans.
- Enforce safety policies and maintain housekeeping standards.
- Manage department budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Coordinate with day shift teams on projects, maintenance, and production priorities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure employees receive proper training, work instructions, and tools.
- Support overtime, weekend, and on-call operations as needed.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
- 5+ years of experience in engineering, maintenance, skilled trades, or a technical field.
- Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and maintenance.
- Understanding of workplace safety and environmental regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience leading capital or maintenance-related projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supervising skilled trades (electricians, millwrights, pipefitters, etc.).
- Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Experience with automation, robotics, or industrial controls.
- Experience supervising union (UAW) employees.
- Experience creating purchase orders and maintenance transactions in SAP.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
