Supervisor / Project Manager

Job Summary

The Supervisor or Project Manager oversees field personnel and serves as the primary liaison. This role ensures project execution, workforce coordination, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact between supplier and Client
• Manage and supervise CO Technicians and Installers
• Coordinate scheduling, dispatch, and site access
• Monitor productivity and workforce performance
• Replace underperforming personnel as needed
• Attend project meetings and provide status updates
• Manage escalation issues and resolve operational challenges
• Oversee administrative tasks including system access and reporting
• Lead RFC (Request for Change) processes and approvals

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management experience
• Background in telecom network deployment or central office operations
• Project management experience (telecom preferred)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with workflow systems and reporting tools
