    Overview

    Location: Hybrid Remote (consistent onsite presence required) 

    We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Supervisor to lead a high-performing team of recruiters in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives on change, uses data to drive results, and is passionate about developing others while shaping hiring strategy.

    Responsibilities

    What You’ll Do  

    You’ll lead a team of 8 recruiters, partner with a peer supervisor, and report to a Talent Acquisition Manager. Our team is nationally recognized by RogueHire, and we’re looking for a leader who can help continue raising the bar. 

    This is a challenging, fast-paced role that offers strong autonomy, support, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. 

    Lead & Develop Talent 

    • Coach, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to achieve individual and team goals 
    • Foster a collaborative, high-performance, and engaging team culture 
    • Support employee engagement, performance management, and development 

    Drive Strategic Recruiting 

    • Partner with leaders to design and execute strategic recruiting plans 
    • Lead training for hiring leaders and recruiters on best practices  
    • Ensure consistency, fairness, and quality across hiring processes 

    Leverage Data & Insights 

    • Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and opportunities 
    • Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership 
    • Continuously optimize processes and strategies 

    Qualifications

    What You Bring 

    • Prior leadership experience leading recruiters or TA teams (strongly preferred) 
    • Proven success in fast-paced, high-volume environments with constant change 
    • Strong coaching, influencing, and relationship-building skills 
    • Experience using data and analytics to drive recruiting decisions 
    • Passion for building inclusive, high-performing teams 

    Required: 

    • 3+ years in Talent Acquisition or HR 
    • Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent experience)
