Position Description: Contract Guarantee hours= 72 Hours Biweekly on all Assignments these guaranteed hours do not include any on-call time worked

Mon-Fri - 8-4, 9-5 as needed. No weekends, some holidays - Observes major holidays such as Thanksgiving day, Christmas Day and NY day.

Qualifications:
Master's degree in one of the following disciplines or a closely related field required: clinical psychology, mental health, psychology, rehabilitative counseling, social work.
Independent licensure preferred (LICSW, LMHC, LADC I). Must be on track to obtain independent licensure prior to January 1, 2028.
Two years of supervised substance use disorder counseling experience and at least one-year full time equivalent year of clinical experience in a supervisory role required. May be able to consider candidates without one year of supervisory experience if independently licensed.
Must demonstrate ability to relate to a substance use treatment population in a sensitive manner, an interest and willingness to work in a multicultural setting and must share a customer service orientation. Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics. Manages difficult or emotional client situations; Responds promptly to client needs and maintains confidentiality.
Schedule: Full time, 40 hours per week. M-F

The Transitional Support Services (TSS) is a short-term residential treatment Program providing a 24 hour structured environment to support men in early recovery from substance use addiction. All clients are treated with dignity, respect and the belief that everyone has the ability to grow when they are provided support, education and direction. Individuals will work on developing skills of daily living including goal setting, problem solving and self-advocacy. We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor to be part of our team and help clients on their roads to success. This role is responsible for the day-to-day clinical oversight of the program to ensure quality patient care that is consistent with regulatory agency standards and evidence-based approaches to addictions treatment.

Responsibilities:
Provides clinical supervision and crisis consultation to staff and interns.
Maintains current knowledge of evidence based practices including Medication Assisted Treatment for opioid use disorders.
Provides training and supervision to ensure the use of evidence based practices by clinical staff.
Monitors and assigns caseloads as needed.
Conducts assessments and provides individual and group services to residents requiring additional support.
In collaboration with the program s leadership team, continually reviews the clinical program design and implements recommendations for improved client treatment.
Chairs the weekly multidisciplinary treatment team meeting. Discusses and develops strategies to maximize client s continuation and compliance in treatment.
Audits clinical documentation to ensure adequate and timely documentation that is in conformance with state regulations.
Participates in meetings with internal and external stakeholders and community service providers.
Regularly reviews the group treatment curriculum and develops new groups in response to the needs of the client population.
Maintains necessary records.
Participates in rotating weekend and after hours on call coverage.
Other duties as assigned.
