Qualifications
You may qualify at the GS-0201-15 level, if you fulfill the following qualifications:
Specialized Experience: Must have one year (52 weeks) of full-time specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-14 grade level in the federal service performing the following duties:
Directing, managing, or providing high-level oversight across multiple human resources functional areas (such as employee/labor relations, classification, staffing, compensation, or benefits);
Developing, implementing, and defending strategic HR policies, long-range program plans, and operational procedures consistent with statutory and regulatory requirements;
Leading or supervising subordinate supervisors, managers, or senior professional HR staff in the execution of mission-critical human capital programs; and
Advising and negotiating with executive-level leadership and key stakeholders to influence decisions on complex human capital policies, resource allocations, and organizational strategies.
