Develops and maintains detailed project plans, including schedules, milestones, resource allocations, and risk management strategies. Identifies and mitigates software project risks, escalating issues as necessary to ensure successful project outcomes. Leads the team in updating, enhancing, and maintaining the agency's web application to meet evolving requirements and user needs. QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of experience in software program or project management. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar). Bachelor's degree.
