About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Supplier Engineer to support supplier engineering activities, product quality, manufacturing processes, and production goals. This role will lead cross-functional engineering projects, evaluate materials and products, analyze test results, and coordinate supplier deliverables to meet quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and safety objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engineering initiatives supporting products, processes, materials, equipment, and production goals.
• Collaborate with R&D, Process Development, Quality, Production, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams on complex projects.
• Support new product development and ongoing product improvement through material testing, process studies, specifications, and technical reports.
• Design and coordinate engineering tests and experiments, analyze results, and communicate technical conclusions.
• Assess the feasibility of engineering evaluations, products, processes, and equipment.
• Manage project goals, schedules, deliverables, and progress, recommending revisions when needed.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and provide technical direction to supplier engineers or technicians.
• Maintain supplier deliverables and project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with applicable quality system requirements.

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Supplier Engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
• Knowledge of the semiconductor industry and supply chain processes.
• Experience with engineering evaluations, testing, data analysis, and technical documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with JMP and Minitab.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Salary

The hourly rate for this position is $40 $44/hr on W2, depending on experience and qualifications.
