This is an opportunity to learn how global organizations bring products and processes to life by partnering with suppliers and cross-functional teams. You'll work alongside experienced professionals who will provide mentorship, coaching, and practical exposure to real business challenges.

Through meaningful projects and data-driven problem solving, you'll build foundational skills in supplier industrialization, manufacturing operations, continuous improvement, and project coordination while making a tangible contribution to team objectives.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support supplier readiness and industrialization initiatives by gathering and analyzing data related to supplier capacity, quality, delivery, cost, and process performance.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, value engineering, and value analysis projects by conducting research, preparing data, and helping track actions and outcomes.
  • Create and maintain project trackers, dashboards, reports, and presentations that provide visibility into project progress, risks, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Sourcing teams to support project execution and drive alignment.
  • Assist with supplier and internal stakeholder follow-up activities to ensure documentation, process updates, and project milestones remain on track.

What We're Looking For

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Control Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.

  • Strong interest in manufacturing, supplier development, continuous improvement, project management, cost reduction, or sustainability.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with a willingness to learn data analysis and project tracking tools.

  • Demonstrated analytical thinking, organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to communicate clearly, collaborate effectively, and learn in a cross-functional team environment.

What You'll Get from Us

  • We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
  • You'll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us.
  • We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected, and valued for who they are.
  • You'll receive benefits like annual bonus, paid vacation, pension plans, personal insurance, and more. These vary by country and contract, but they're worth asking about-we think they're pretty great.
