Supply Chain Analyst I

Top 3 Skills: Entry to mid-level professional with experience in materials inventory, purchasing, production, etc. Strong relationship and communication skills as they will be working with multiple teams. ERP experience (SAP) is a plus but not required. College degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field preferred but not required.

What do you get to do in this position?

Ensure a continuous flow of incoming raw materials, components, and sub-assemblies.

Coordinate Open Purchase Order Management and/or Order Scheduling.

Monitor and improve supplier performance through established KPIs.

Work with suppliers on late orders, confirmation details, etc.

Take daily action regarding Material Requirements Planning (MRP) messages and escalate when issues are repeated.

At least 1-3 years of experience in Purchasing/Supply Chain is preferred.

Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is desirable.

Proficient in using computers with knowledge of Microsoft suite applications (specifically Outlook & Excel).

Strong drive and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work independently with good time management and organizational skills.

Strong relationship-building and collaborative management skills.

Strong negotiation skills are a plus.

Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
