Job Description
Join a dynamic Supply Chain team as an entry-level Supply Chain Associate. This opportunity is designed for recent graduates looking to gain foundational experience in supply chain operations and business processes. The role offers exposure to various supply chain functions, hands-on project work, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and opportunities for professional development.
The selected candidate will support day-to-day supply chain activities, contribute to process improvements, and gain experience working with reporting systems and operational workflows. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy problem-solving, collaboration, and leveraging technology to optimize business processes.
Key Responsibilities
Support supply chain functions including inventory management, demand forecasting, production planning, order management, credit management, and assembly operations.
Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and resolve operational challenges.
Participate in special projects and provide administrative support to supply chain team members.
Maintain and analyze reports, data, and operational metrics.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and recommend solutions.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed within the last 12 months.
0–2 years of professional experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Engineering background is a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain effective cross-functional relationships.
Demonstrated customer-service mindset with sound judgment on issue escalation.
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and self-motivation.
Cross-cultural awareness and emotional intelligence.
Ability to work independently while maintaining composure under pressure.
Flexibility to commute between New York and New Jersey as required.
