Supply Chain Associate

Payrate: $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
 
Summary
In addition to day-to-day operational tasks, the role will support projects related to process improvement and safety enhancements. This includes performing inventory counts, resolving discrepancies, and accurately documenting all material transactions. This role also requires the safe operation of Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIVs) and may involve lifting materials up to 35 lbs or working in cold storage environments.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field, along with experience using tools such as SAP, Excel, and Smartsheet. Familiarity with GMP practices and previous involvement in regulated workflows is highly preferred. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset are key to success in this role.
 
Responsibilities

• Support clinical distribution operations on the 6:30 AM–3:30 PM shift and participate in daily team huddles to review workload and priorities.
• Pick, review, pack, and prepare clinical materials for shipment in compliance with GMPs and SOPs.
• Execute inventory and shipment transactions in SAP.
• Review orders and documentation for accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery.
• Stage and meter outbound shipments and coordinate with planners/requestors.
• Handle materials and internal movement within the warehouse.
• Perform inventory counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Support investigations, documentation, and metrics reporting.
• Operate PIVs and handle materials up to 35 lbs, including work in cold storage.
• Assist with process improvement and safety initiatives.

 
Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience using SAP, Excel, and Smartsheet.
• Familiarity with GMP practices and previous involvement in regulated workflows.

 
Skills

• GMP Knowledge and SOP Compliance.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $28.00 - $28.00/hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
