Supply Chain Coordinator

STS Technical Services is hiring a Supply Chain Coordinator in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

This role supports production operations by coordinating procurement, inventory control, logistics and material flow. The Supply Chain Coordinator will work closely with Purchasing, Warehouse, Internal Logistics and suppliers to maintain accurate inventory levels, track materials and help ensure production teams receive what they need on time.

Position Overview

The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for supporting efficient material flow throughout the organization.

This position coordinates purchasing activities, inventory replenishment, shipment tracking and material expediting while maintaining accurate ERP records and responding to production requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Purchasing Department on procurement activities and supplier communication
• Work with warehouse cycle counters to monitor inventory levels
• Support timely inventory replenishment based on production needs
• Maintain accurate material and transaction records within ERP systems
• Process Requests for Material and Requests for Information
• Work with Warehouse and Internal Logistics teams to support material handling and delivery
• Track shipments and material movement
• Investigate and resolve shipment delays or discrepancies
• Coordinate with suppliers to expedite materials when required
• Prioritize requests based on production schedules and deadlines
• Support efficient material flow across production operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field
• Two or more years of experience in supply chain, logistics or procurement
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and solve problems effectively
• Ability to prioritize work based on production requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed for material handling
• Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Epicor
