Responsibilities for Supply Chain Coordinator include but are not limited to:

·        Supplier Onboarding & Maintenance: Review, validate, and process requests to add or modify supplier information in the vendor master database to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

·        Compliance & Research: Perform required compliance vetting (e.g., tax, sanction, and risk checks) and conduct payables or vendor-related research.

·        Supplier Enablement: Provide high-touch support to enable suppliers on procurement platforms, specifically Coupa.

·        Process Innovation: Act as a change agent by challenging the status quo, disrupting inefficient processes, and leading process improvement initiatives within the Ops value stream.

·        Problem Solving: Identify innovative solutions to resolve complex system and operational challenges across multiple platforms.

·        Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with internal customers, vendors, and cross-functional leadership to inform and influence positive outcomes.

 

Candidates Supply Chain Coordinator must meet the following requirements to be considered:

·        1+ years Customer Service Experience

·        1+ years of experience with Google Suite

 

Preferred Qualifications:

·        1+ years of experience in Corporate Procurement or Supply Chain Ops

·        1+ years of experience with Enterprise Financial and Procurement systems

·        1+ (e.g., Coupa, PeopleSoft)

·        Strong verbal and written communication skills with a track record of building positive vendor relationships Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a diverse, team-oriented environment

Pay Details: $28.67 per hour
