Job Title: Supply Chain Data Analyst

Introduction
Join our dynamic team as a Supply Chain Data Analyst, where you will play a crucial role in optimizing our materials sourcing and planning functions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven insights and process improvements, leveraging modern data platforms and AI-assisted development.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Data Science, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, analytics engineering, process improvement, or supply chain operations
Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Python for data querying, manipulation, and automation
Hands-on experience with Databricks for building and operating production analytics experiences
Proven ability to use AI-powered development environments for business automation and analytical pipelines
Prior work experience in the industry or with the client
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Experience in materials planning, strategic sourcing, or supply chain analytics
Comfort working in Git-based collaboration for version control and code review
Track record of translating complex data into actionable narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Set the reporting and automation strategy for Materials Operations Excellence
Design, build, and operate world-class reporting and decision-support experiences
Architect and automate end-to-end data workflows to improve reliability and increase speed-to-insight
Lead AI-assisted development to prototype and maintain automation and reporting logic
Identify and lead high-impact process improvement initiatives
Craft executive-ready data stories for senior leadership
