Job Title: Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator (Entry Level)

This role will assist with shipment coordination, inventory tracking, logistics reporting, and communication with carriers and warehouse teams. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments across multiple locations.

• Track deliveries and work with transportation partners to resolve shipping issues.

• Support inventory management activities and inventory accuracy initiatives.

• Assist warehouse and logistics teams with product movement and material tracking.

• Monitor returns and repair-related transactions and provide status updates.

• Prepare operational reports and maintain logistics documentation.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support supply chain activities.

• Assist with process improvement and operational efficiency projects.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• 0-1 year of experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse, inventory, or supply chain operations.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ERP, WMS, or transportation management systems.

• Exposure to inventory control or warehouse operations.

• Coursework or internship experience related to Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations.
