Title: Supply Chain Manager
Location: 10 Minutes East of Port Hueneme & Oxnard, CA.
Schedule: Full-time, onsite | Monday Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
Salary Range: $120,000 $145,000 annually

Position Overview Our client is a well-established designer and manufacturer of high-performance electronic hardware used in precision automation, robotics, aerospace/defense, industrial equipment, and other industries requiring highly reliable electromechanical control systems.
Their engineering team develops both embedded and host-side software that enables customers to configure, integrate, monitor, and troubleshoot sophisticated hardware platforms deployed in demanding real-world environments.
Reporting to the head of Operations, this individual will ensure that materials are procured, planned, stored, and distributed efficiently to support production and broader business requirements. The Supply Chain Manager will develop sourcing strategies, negotiate supplier agreements, manage supply-chain risks, improve inventory performance, and lead a team focused on operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Purchasing, Production Planning, Warehouse, Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory Control operations.
- Ensure material availability supports production schedules while optimizing inventory levels and working capital.
- Develop and implement sourcing, procurement, and inventory-management strategies.
- Manage the purchasing of electronic components, printed circuit boards, metals, wire, MRO supplies, and other direct and indirect materials.
- Review and negotiate supplier contracts, pricing agreements, and commercial terms.
- Develop strong supplier relationships and establish methods for measuring supplier performance.
- Analyze market conditions, component availability, lead times, and supply-chain risks affecting electronics manufacturing.
- Oversee production planning, forecasting, inventory control, cycle counting, and annual physical inventories.
- Lead continuous-improvement initiatives involving cost reduction, operational efficiency, inventory optimization, and service levels.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Sales to support production and company objectives.
- Ensure supply-chain and material-handling activities comply with applicable ESD, ISO, and ITAR requirements.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, operations, engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
- At least five years of supply chain, materials management, procurement, or related leadership experience within an electronics manufacturing environment.
- Direct experience purchasing electronic components, PCBs, metals, wire, and MRO materials.
- Demonstrated experience managing suppliers, reviewing contracts, negotiating pricing, and establishing commercial terms.
- Experience with production planning, forecasting, inventory management, and ERP/MRP systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management is preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Physical Requirements- Ability to occasionally or frequently stand, walk, sit, and use both hands.
- Ability to occasionally or frequently lift and carry materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
Additional Requirements- This is a full-time, onsite position in Camarillo, California.
- Standard hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with additional hours or days as business needs require.
