Supply Chain Manager

Position Summary

Our client is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead planning, inventory management, logistics, and materials operations while driving continuous improvement across the supply chain function. This role will partner closely with operations and leadership teams to improve efficiency, strengthen processes, and support the organization's ongoing growth initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Lead supply chain operations including planning, scheduling, inventory management, logistics, and material flow
• Develop and implement strategies to improve inventory performance and operational efficiency
• Monitor key supply chain metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
• Partner with operations, manufacturing, procurement, and leadership teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, service, cost reduction, and process optimization
• Establish and maintain effective inventory control practices
• Analyze supply chain data and provide recommendations to improve decision-making and performance
• Lead scheduling and planning activities to ensure alignment between demand and operational capacity
• Support ERP, technology, automation, and systems improvement initiatives
• Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks, risks, and operational challenges
• Develop, coach, and mentor team members to strengthen capabilities and support professional growth
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures and best practices
• Contribute to strategic planning efforts and support organizational growth initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience leading supply chain, planning, logistics, inventory, or materials management functions
• Strong understanding of inventory management, production planning, forecasting, and supply chain processes
• Demonstrated success driving process improvements and operational efficiencies
• Experience working within manufacturing, distribution, or other operational environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Experience utilizing ERP systems and business analytics tools
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Experience supporting organizational change, system implementations, or process transformation initiatives preferred
