We're looking for a strategic Supply Operations Chain Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end operations across multiple sites. This role will play a key part in driving cost efficiencies, strengthening supplier partnerships, and helping unify supply chain operations across the business.

Travel: 20% (TX + vendor visits)
Salary: $125K-$150K + Bonus
Key Responsibilities
- Lead supply chain strategy across procurement, planning, inventory, and logistics
- Drive cost reduction initiatives, including vendor consolidation and negotiations
- Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and overall vendor performance
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, finance, and sales on planning and forecasting
- Track and improve key metrics (cost, service levels, inventory, delivery performance)
- Identify risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies
- Lead and develop a team (4 direct reports)
- Drive process improvements and support system enhancements
Qualifications
- 7+ years of supply chain or operations experience (manufacturing preferred)
- Strong background in vendor negotiations and contract management
- Experience working across
