Job Description
- We are looking for a Supply Chain Planning Coordinator to support daily supply and demand reporting, purchase order execution, inventory management, and master data maintenance.
- The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of supply chain experience, strong Excel skills, and hands-on Oracle ERP experience.
- Responsibilities also include monitoring orders, resolving supply planning issues, and coordinating with internal planning and purchasing teams.
Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily supply, demand, and past-due reports.
- Manage purchase orders, requisitions, and order releases.
- Update vendor lead times and item master data in Oracle ERP.
- Monitor inventory levels, excess stock, and supply-demand gaps.
- Coordinate with supply planners and purchasing teams to resolve order issues.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Supply Planning, or Inventory Management.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP is a must.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- APICS certification preferred but not required.
