Job Summary
The Supply Planner Lv1 will support procurement and supply-chain operations by managing Purchase Requisitions, supplier communication, invoice resolution, inventory, and mail/shipping activities. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
· Create and manage Purchase Requisitions (PRs) in SAP.
· Work with business teams and Indirect Procurement to gather information required for PR processing.
· Communicate with suppliers to obtain missing information and resolve invoice discrepancies.
· Monitor invoices in VIM daily and drive timely resolution of payment blocks.
· Provide status updates and escalate critical issues when necessary.
· Provide mail and shipping support for the Elk River campus.
· Collect, organize, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
· Record and stock incoming supplies to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
· Support outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate packaging and labeling.
· Receive visitors and communicate with staff as required.
· Work with suppliers and cross-functional teams to resolve procurement and supply-chain issues.

Required Qualifications
· Working knowledge of SAP systems.
· Knowledge of Accounts Payable, Procurement, or Invoice-to-Pay processes.
· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
· Proactive, results-driven approach with willingness to take initiative.
· Experience working with suppliers and cross-functional teams is preferred.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement, supply chain, accounts payable, or invoice processing, with hands-on familiarity with SAP. They should be organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable coordinating with suppliers and internal business teams.
