Supply Chain Planner - Immediate Hire

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, purchasing, or materials management.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems and inventory planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Understanding of S&OP, demand planning, and supply planning processes.
• Manufacturing experience required; food and beverage industry experience preferred.
• Experience with Dynamics AX is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, release, and manage purchase orders based on demand requirements.
• Reschedule and expedite orders to support changing production needs.
• Utilize MRP systems to plan material requirements and maintain inventory levels.
• Monitor supplier production schedules, capacity, and delivery performance.
• Support S&OP activities, including demand and supply planning reviews.
• Coordinate material availability to support uninterrupted production.
• Manage daily communication with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, shortages, and schedule changes.
• Maintain planning metrics, reports, and dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, quality, and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
