What You'll Do
As a Supply Chain & Procurement Intern, you'll support a variety of projects and daily activities across our Procurement, Supply Chain, and Supplier Management teams. Responsibilities include:
- Maintain and update supplier information, product data, catalogs, and cost lists within company systems.
- Assist with supplier onboarding, documentation, certifications, and compliance records.
- Support cost tracking activities, including supplier cost changes and business impact documentation.
- Analyze pricing data and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Assist with duty, tariff, and import documentation and reporting.
- Support logistics data collection and reporting initiatives.
- Assist with domestic sourcing and procurement projects.
- Participate in quoting automation implementation by validating data, testing processes, and documenting workflows.
- Help identify opportunities to improve data accuracy, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other project materials.
- Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the Supply Chain organization.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to business improvement initiatives.
