Job Title: Supply Chain Project Specialist / Allocation Engineering Project Specialist (EPS)
Location: Sunnyvale, CA – Onsite
Duration: 4 Months Contract
Employment Type: W2 Contract Only
Pay Rate: $50/hour (Maximum)
Job Description:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Allocation Engineering Project Specialist to manage inventory for engineering teams, track incoming and outgoing shipments, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure timely distribution of engineering samples.
Key Responsibilities:- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and update inventory records.
- Coordinate with shipping and receiving teams to manage outgoing shipments and related documentation.
- Scan serial numbers and distribute engineering samples to the appropriate teams.
- Maintain accurate inventory logs for tracking and traceability.
- Conduct physical inventory counts and maintain an organized storage area.
- Manage excess materials and scrap development materials as requested.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Generate inventory reports to support analysis and project activities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Required Qualifications:- 3+ years of experience in inventory management, shipping, receiving, stocking, and inventory distribution.
- Experience maintaining inventory databases and handling large volumes of data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to perform physical inventory-related tasks, including lifting and organizing materials.
- Basic knowledge of international logistics, import/export, and customs clearance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Preferred Qualification:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
