A Snapshot of Your Day

Join Siemens Energy's FS Tooling Operations team in Mount Pleasant, PA, located in the Greater Pittsburgh area, and play a critical role in optimizing the SAP, warehouse, inventory, and logistics systems that power our supply chain operations. As the site lead for supply chain systems and digital initiatives, you'll drive operational excellence, improve inventory accuracy, optimize material flow, and deliver data-driven solutions that support business performance across a global organization.

This is more than a systems support role. You'll serve as a strategic business partner, leveraging SAP, WMS, analytics, and process improvement initiatives to reduce costs, improve service levels, and enhance end-to-end supply chain operations.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Support Supply Chain Systems
• Support SAP, WMS, and supply chain system enhancements, troubleshooting, testing, and user support.
• Partner with operations and IT teams to improve system performance and business processes.
• Improve Operations Through Data & Analytics
• Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support inventory, warehouse, and logistics operations.
• Analyze data to identify trends, solve problems, and drive operational improvements.
• Drive Continuous Improvement
• Support process improvement initiatives, system upgrades, and special projects.
• Maintain documentation, training materials, and best practices for business systems and supply chain processes.

What You Bring

Required

• 3-7 years supporting supply chain, warehouse, inventory, logistics, or manufacturing operations
• ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, D365, Infor)
• WMS experience
• SQL reporting and data analysis
• Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools
• KPI development and reporting
• Process improvement
• Business stakeholder support

Preferred

• SAP WM/EWM
• Transportation or logistics systems
• Lean, Six Sigma
• S/4HANA exposure
• Alteryx

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
