We are seeking an enthusiastic, innovative, and experienced Permanent Supply Chain Transformation Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in transforming our supply chain operations to maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and meet the ever-evolving needs of our customers. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall strategy, planning, and execution of supply chain initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, cost reduction, inventory, freight, demand planning, production planning, fulfillment, project and change management, and supply chain strategy.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy that aligns with the company’s business goals and objectives.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any issues or bottlenecks in the supply chain.
3. Lead the transformation of the supply chain operations by leveraging your expertise in 3PL, operations management, and cost reduction.
4. Effectively manage inventory and freight to ensure optimal levels are maintained while minimizing costs.
5. Oversee demand and production planning processes to ensure customer demands are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
6. Drive fulfillment strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
7. Utilize project and change management skills to lead initiatives, manage risks, and ensure successful execution of projects.
8. Regularly review supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
9. Provide leadership and guidance to the supply chain team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
10. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in supply chain management to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations or a related discipline. An advanced degree or professional certification in Supply Chain or Operations Management would be a plus.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving supply chain transformation.
3. Extensive knowledge and experience with 3PL, operations management, cost reduction, inventory, freight, demand planning, production planning, and fulfillment.
4. Strong project and change management skills, with the ability to lead complex projects and drive change.
5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a strong attention to detail.
6. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
8. Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools.
9. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
10. Strong understanding of the Accounting + Finance industry, with the ability to anticipate and respond to industry trends and market changes.
