Supply Management Planner I

Key Responsibilities

·         Communicate with suppliers regarding schedule releases. 

·         Manage delivery of purchased parts for internal and external suppliers. 

·         Schedule purchased materials based on: Economic order quantities, Optimal inventory levels, Delivery requirements, Material replenishment 

·         Support optimal logistics and material management processes. 

·         Monitor supplier logistics performance. 

·         Investigate supplier/material issues and recommend solutions. 

·         Perform routine inventory control and verify quantity, quality, and availability. 

·         Collect and analyze cost, market, supplier, and logistics information. 

·         Support contract performance reviews and negotiations. 

·         Identify opportunities for process and operational improvements. 

·         Support Supply Management Specialists and stakeholder activities.
