    Job Description

    The Carrier Services team is seeking a Supply Strategy Analyst to support data-driven decision-making for Amazon"s Canada middle mile transportation network. This role will pull and analyze supply program data, support load distribution reporting across dedicated 3P carrier programs and Amazon"s RLB/RFA auction and Day Rate supply types, and prepare analysis that helps the team balance cost efficiency with network capacity. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with large datasets, proficient in SQL and Excel, and able to turn data into clear, accurate reports and summaries.

    Key job responsibilities

    • Pull and consolidate supply program data across Day Rate, Relay Freight Auction, and Relay Load Board supply types to support weekly, quarterly, and annual planning cycles
    • Prepare and maintain Weekly Business Review (WBR) reporting and the Canada Supply Flash, including variance summaries and trend analysis
    • Support documentation and standardization of Canada supply planning processes, including Plan of Record (POR) tracking and HVE planning cycles - demand signal inputs and supply mix rightsizing.
    • Track weekly volume forecasts by monitoring accuracy against actuals and flagging variances to the planning team
    • Gather and compile MM linehaul demand and capacity inputs for the Canada Network Optimization run, coordinating data collection across Finance, CTS, and Supply Planning teams
    • Support documentation and standardization of Canada supply planning processes, including Plan of Record (POR) tracking
    • Identify and flag data integrity issues and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them
    • Coordinate data collection from Finance, MMPO, CTS, and Supply Planning teams to meet planning deadlines
    • Respond to ad hoc data and reporting requests from team leads and stakeholders

The Canada Supply Strategy team supports planning and optimization of middle mile carrier programs to ensure Amazon can move freight efficiently across Canada.
