contract in Albany, Georgia. This position plays a critical role in supporting Warehouse Management System (WMS) operations, inventory accuracy, and supply chain performance by analyzing logistics data, resolving system issues, and improving warehouse processes.

So, what will the Supply Systems Analyst at Terrestris do?
As the Supply Systems Analyst, you will serve as the technical lead for Warehouse Management System (WMS) operations, ensuring the integrity of inventory transactions, warehouse data, and logistics reporting. You will analyze operational trends, investigate inventory discrepancies, troubleshoot system issues, and collaborate with warehouse personnel and Government stakeholders to optimize supply chain performance. Your work will directly support mission readiness by improving warehouse efficiency, maintaining audit-ready records, and providing leadership with actionable operational insights.
What does a typical day look like for a Supply Systems Analyst?
You will:
Serve as the technical lead and primary point of contact for Warehouse Management System (WMS) operations.
Analyze WMS transactions, inventory data, and operational reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and process improvement opportunities.
Research transaction errors, investigate inventory issues, and perform system inquiries to resolve operational problems.
Coordinate with warehouse supervisors, Government personnel, and functional users to troubleshoot system-related issues affecting warehouse operations.
Monitor workload trends and develop reports that support staffing decisions, operational planning, and performance management.
Evaluate the operational impact of proposed process, policy, or system changes and provide recommendations for implementation.
Support audit readiness by validating inventory records, transaction accuracy, and compliance with established procedures.
Prepare analytical reports and brief management on system performance, inventory accuracy, and operational metrics.
Maintain proficiency with WMS and other Government logistics information systems while supporting continuous process improvement initiatives.
Assist management in identifying opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency, data integrity, and overall supply chain performance through effective use of technology and operational analytics.
What qualifications do you look for?
You might be the professional we're looking for if you have:
Authorization to work in the United States permanently without sponsorship.
At least three (3) years of experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or equivalent within the past five (5) years).
Experience supporting warehouse management systems, supply operations, inventory management, or logistics information systems.
Strong analytical skills with experience researching transactions, resolving inventory discrepancies, and identifying operational trends.
Knowledge of warehouse operations, supply chain processes, inventory accountability, and Government logistics systems.
Experience interpreting operational data, preparing reports, and providing recommendations that improve efficiency and system performance.
Ability to troubleshoot system and procedural issues while collaborating with warehouse personnel, management, and Government stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining accurate records and supporting audit-ready operations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical information to both technical and operational audiences.
Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems, Microsoft Office applications, and other Government logistics data systems.
Ability to obtain and maintain required installation access, Common Access Card (CAC) eligibility, and applicable Government security requirements. Ability to successfully complete a Tier 3 (T3) Personnel Security Investigation (PSI).
