Supply Technician

Overview:

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is an employee-owned federal government contractor supporting national priority programs through our strategic solutions in the areas of Information Technology, Test & Evaluation, Engineering & Analysis, and Training.

Responsibilities:

• Research, data/cost analysis, develop price and availability quotes, purchase orders for navy supply system/materials.
• Create metrics for reporting and tracking.
• Create and manage Material Requirements List (MRL).
• Provide Integrated Logistics Support.
• Verify status of requisitions using Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP).
• Assemble Technical Documentation Packages (TDP) for Request for Quote (RFQ) from vendor to manufacture material on contracts.
• Provide Integrated Logistics Support by analyze and verify material once it arrived on station to ensure the correct material was received.
• Create picklist for shipping of material, coordinating logistics for accuracy and correct quantity before shipment.
• Providing reports for management data calls.
• Procure Hazardous Materials.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Active Secret clearance
• U.S. Citizenship Required for the purposes of obtaining/holding a U.S. security clearance
• At least 6+ years of eperience in DoW supply managment

Pay Transparency Statement: AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $36.50/Hr. - USD $37/Hr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
