Overview

Supply Warehouse Material Coordinator (SWFPAC 2026-25336):

Bowhead seeks a Supply Warehouse Material Coordinator at the Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific (SWFPAC) and Marine Corps Security Battalion (MCSFBn) logistics department.

Responsibilities

Essential functions will include: 

  • Orchestrating procurement pipelines, stock optimization, and internal material staging.
  • Administrative supply planning and physical warehouse operations, ensuring non-explosive tactical gear, repair components, and equipment are synchronized with active mission schedules.
  • Track, expedite, and coordinate the flow of materials between base maintenance shops, remote security sectors, external commercial vendors, and localized warehousing divisions
  • Review, validate, and clear material requisitions submitted by military and civilian personnel, matching operational requests with proper funding, priority designators, and project codes.
  • Investigate persistent stock discrepancies, analyze root causes for transaction errors, and execute formal inventory adjustments within specialized military data systems.
  • Monitor back ordered items, end-of-life parts, and high-priority repair orders, updating supervisors on estimated delivery dates and critical supply shortfalls.
  • Maintain and manage automated logistics records, catalog files, and database system accounts to ensure physical stock matching configuration accounts.
  • Coordinate the processing of excess, unserviceable, or end-of-life assets, ensuring correct documentation is compiled for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Disposition Services (DRMO).
  • Review paperwork for inbound specialty parts, validating matching manufacturing batch codes, serial numbers, and strict technical specifications prior to warehouse release.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • 2–4 years of clear experience handling material coordination, inventory control, production expediting, or industrial supply tracking.
  • Former Marine Corps Logistics Specialists (MOS 3043) or Navy Logistics Specialists (LS) experience perferred
  • Direct experience manipulating localized data entries in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, and standard warehouse management databases
  • Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.

  • Ability to understand, speak, read, and write the English language.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees, Government Representative, and outside contacts.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team.

  • Valid driver’s license in the state of employment with an acceptable driving record.

Physical Demands

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged period amounts of time.
  • Must be able to twist, bend, and squat periodically.
  • High noise levels are common as is the potential exposure to heat/cold, noise, dusts, mist, and/or fumes.

Security Requirements: Must be able to maintain a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
