Supply Revenue Analyst I

Master Data Management (MDM) 

Remote | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

DPS is seeking a detail-oriented Support Revenue  Analyst I to support the creation, maintenance, and quality of healthcare supply item master data. In this role, you will review product documentation, validate item information, apply standardized data guidelines, and ensure the accuracy of enterprise supply revenue data. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and validate item master requests for completeness and accuracy.
  • Verify manufacturer information, catalog numbers, item descriptions, packaging, units of measure, and other product attributes using approved documentation.
  • Apply approved Supply Revenue Reference Guide values and crosswalks to assign item attributes, including chargeable status and revenue-related fields.
  • Review vendor documentation, product specifications, and supporting materials to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Perform data validation using Excel, spreadsheet comparisons, filters, lookups, and basic SQL queries.
  • Monitor data quality through Power BI dashboards, exception reports, and reconciliations to identify inconsistencies across enterprise systems.
  • Identify duplicate, missing, conflicting, or inaccurate item records and escalate issues requiring business review.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of updates, supporting evidence, and audit records to ensure compliance with data governance standards.
  • Collaborate with senior analysts and business stakeholders to resolve data quality issues while following established workflows and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in structured data management, workflow-driven processes, or supply chain operations.
  • Healthcare item master, product onboarding, or supply chain data experience preferred.
  • Experience working with reference guides, crosswalks, or data validation standards.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filters, and data comparisons.
  • Basic SQL experience for running predefined queries and validating data.
  • Experience reviewing data quality reports and Power BI dashboards is preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.

Preferred Certifications

  • Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP)
  • APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
