Support Services Project Manager

The scope of the proposed services will include the following: Preparing and sending submittals and deliverables, including the Project Management work Plan, Progress Reports, and comprehensive Roadmap. Planning and executing project communications with project team, key agency stakeholders and outside vendors; Coordinating meeting with key stakeholders; Conduct data gathering sessions; Optimize resources for cost savings; Maintaining all project records; Provide day-to-day project management support; Analyzing project risk and issues, help identify ways to mitigate risks; Conduct cost/benefit analysis; Present assessment findings to agency and recommend a phased approach that includes priorities and estimated cost that address desired outcomes. Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory: 3 years of experience in a leadership role, such as a previous project management role, supervisory role, or other management role; Experience with electronic document management projects; Experience with operations, technology implementation and change management; Strong skills in collaborating with people who have different roles; Expert communication skills to create optimal collaboration; Proven record in sourcing resources, using effective strategies, clarifying goals for the team and guiding the projects idea into a tangible entity; Keeping the team in check and meeting deadlines to complete the project in its set timeframe; Ability of keeping records of progress, collecting data and filing reports of the projects status; Proven record of adhering to a budget. Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus; Experience with State Government project management a plus;
