Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform Inventory Control, Quality Assurance, and Transportation Scheduling functions
- Able to cycle count locations, identify deviations in stock levels, and reports deviations to Supervisor in an appropriate time manner
- Performs audits on a sampling of completed orders for accuracy to ensure high level of customer service
- Process In and Outbound deliveries/shipments using WMS
- Research and resolve any issues that arise with in/out bound deliveries/shipments
- Responsibilities to perform some inbound and outbound planning
- Train associates on different functional areas
- Integral part of annual facility inventory
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
Position Requirements:
- 3+ years related warehouse, training, or distribution experience
- Experience using WMS (specifically Manhattan WMS), preferred
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail/accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse environment while managing multiple tasks
- Strong verbal communication skills and customer service orientation
- Able to frequently lift and carry up to 40 lbs, frequent standing and bending
- Experience using material handling equipment, preferred
