Support Specialist WAREHOUSE TEAM MEMBER

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform Inventory Control, Quality Assurance, and Transportation Scheduling functions
• Able to cycle count locations, identify deviations in stock levels, and reports deviations to Supervisor in an appropriate time manner
• Performs audits on a sampling of completed orders for accuracy to ensure high level of customer service
• Process In and Outbound deliveries/shipments using WMS
• Research and resolve any issues that arise with in/out bound deliveries/shipments
• Responsibilities to perform some inbound and outbound planning
• Train associates on different functional areas
• Integral part of annual facility inventory
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Position Requirements:

• 3+ years related warehouse, training, or distribution experience
• Experience using WMS (specifically Manhattan WMS), preferred
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail/accuracy 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse environment while managing multiple tasks
• Strong verbal communication skills and customer service orientation
• Able to frequently lift and carry up to 40 lbs, frequent standing and bending
• Experience using material handling equipment, preferred
