Support Teacher | Primrose School of Austin at Mueller

Love working with children but don't want to be in just one classroom? This could be the perfect fit!

We're looking for a positive, dependable, flexible Support Teacher to join our team at Primrose School of Austin at Mueller.

As a Support Teacher, every day can look a little different! You'll work throughout our school, supporting classrooms of different ages, helping teachers, building relationships with children, and stepping in wherever an extra set of caring hands is needed.

And did we mention? No nights. No weekends.

Why You'll Love Working With Us

• Work with multiple age groups and classrooms
• Lesson plans and classroom resources are provided
• Competitive pay and benefits
• Consistent daytime schedule - no nights or weekends
• Supportive, hands-on leadership team
• Engaged and caring franchise owners
• Paid training and professional development
• Beautiful, well-equipped classrooms
• A great opportunity to gain experience across all areas of early childhood education

What You'll Do

Our Support Teachers are an important part of keeping our school running smoothly. You'll jump into classrooms throughout the day to provide breaks, assist during transitions, support daily routines and activities, and help ensure every classroom remains a safe, nurturing and engaging place for children.

One hour you may be getting baby snuggles in Infants, and the next you could be reading a story with Preschoolers or helping Toddlers explore something new. If you like variety, this is the role for you!

We'd Love to Meet You If You…

Are dependable, flexible, and ready to jump in where needed; genuinely enjoy working with children of different ages; communicate well with teachers, families, and leadership; and bring a positive, team-first attitude to work each day. Previous childcare experience is preferred, but a willingness to learn and a love for children are a must.

Come grow with us.

At Primrose, we believe who children are is just as important as who they become. If you're looking for a job where you can make an impact throughout an entire school, we'd love to meet you.

Apply today and become one of the people our classrooms can always count on!

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
