What You'll Do
- Build positive, caring relationships with children throughout the day.
- Help create a classroom where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to explore.
- Support hands-on learning, purposeful play, and everyday discoveries.
- Partner with classroom teachers to implement our research-informed Balanced Learning® curriculum.
- Encourage children's language, motor skills, creativity, confidence, and social-emotional development.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom.
- Step in where needed to support classrooms and keep the school day running smoothly.
What We're Looking For
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A genuine love for working with young children.
- Dependability, patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
- Someone who works well with a team and is willing to learn.
- Previous teaching or childcare experience is preferred, but a caring attitude and willingness to grow go a long way!

- Commute: Must be able to reliably commute to the school or plan to relocate before starting work.
