About Primrose School of South Lebanon
Primrose School of South Lebanon is an accredited private preschool that provides a premier educational child care experience for children from infancy through school age. Through our exclusive Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum, we combine purposeful play, character development, and academic excellence to help children thrive.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
- Implement daily lesson plans and classroom activities using the Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum.
- Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow team members.
- Create and maintain an organized, welcoming, and engaging classroom environment.
- Encourage positive behavior through consistent expectations and nurturing guidance.
- Observe and document children's growth and development.
- Maintain compliance with all licensing, health, and safety requirements.
- Assist with classroom organization, cleaning, and general school responsibilities.

Qualifications
- Must meet all Ohio child care licensing requirements.
- Previous experience in a licensed child care center, preschool, or early childhood program preferred.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds as needed for child supervision and safety.
- Infant and Toddler Teachers must be able to safely lift infants into and out of cribs.
