Compensation: $65,000–$80,000 annually

MSP Experience Required

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Support Technician to provide technical support across multiple client environments. This role will troubleshoot escalated issues involving Microsoft 365, Windows, networking, hardware, servers, and security while delivering responsive, customer-focused support.

Role Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated Tier 1 and Tier 2 support tickets.
• Support Windows 10/11 and Windows Server environments.
• Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, and user accounts.
• Support Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, and Entra.
• Troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP, firewalls, and routers.
• Diagnose and repair desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Provide basic server, backup, antivirus/EDR, and security support.
• Maintain clear ticket documentation and accurate time records.
• Manage multiple tickets and client priorities within established SLAs.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of help desk or IT support experience.
• MSP experience required.
• Experience independently resolving escalated technical issues.
• Strong Microsoft 365, Windows, Active Directory, and networking knowledge.
• Experience with remote support and ticketing systems.
• Strong customer service, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work across multiple client environments and software platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Hyper-V or VMware.
• Basic PowerShell or automation experience.
• Experience with mobile device management.
• CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+.
• Microsoft 365 or Modern Desktop certifications.
