High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma required. Texas Commercial Drivers License (CDL), Class A, required. Driving record must be satisfactory according to City and Department rules and policies. One year of experience required in pavement and structural construction, including training and experience in surface finishing of concrete and asphalt. One year of experience in the City of Richardson Street or Construction & Rehabilitation Divisions preferred.
