Reason For Coverage: consistent coverage

Dates & Required Availability:  
Friday, October 11th starting @ 3pm – Tuesday, October 15th ending @7am
Tuesday, December 31st starting @ 3pm – Tuesday, January 7th ending @7am

plus future pool Coverage to utilize as needed after these dates as team has an ongoing need at this time throughout the year. 

Shift & Call Details: Weekend call coverage (ongoing throughout the year)
Friday @ 3pm – Monday @ 7am

Credentialing Timeframe:  ***** We are able to bring them under date specific privs and can work with Med Staff to bring them on if they have a clean file. Otherwise 30 days or less. They have a centralized MSO and provider will receive privilege's at all 5 locations at same time and can work at multi-sites.  

Job Details:

• Setting: Inpatient 
• Patient Volume: Average # of Patients/day: 5 – 6
• Required Procedures:  Call and Rounding. tube thoracostomy, emergency airway creation, emergency department thoracotomy.
• APP Support/Supervision:  No
• EMR: Cerner 
• Client Requirements: Board Certification and Covid Vax. They are requesting a good amount of expeince in the past 12 months. 
• Travel Accommodations: Client will pay all travel 

Additional Details:

• Pay Rate: 24 hour on call  $2000-$2500  Night call $1000 SOC $250-$275
• Bill Rate: 24 hour on call $3000-$3700 Night call $1700  SOC $390
  • Rate Restrictions: n/a 
• Name Clear Process: Must clear name with Kameelah Monroe (will name clear within 24 hours) 
• Sub Process: send Sub to Kameelah, They will phone screen before starting privs.
