Laser Eye Institute is seeking a patient surgery coordinator for Laser Vision Correction to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a patient coordinator you assist prospective patients through the laser vision correction process while upholding our core values of safety, results, and experience. Responsibilities
Schedule initial and follow-up appointments for patients undergoing laser vision correction
Follow up with prospective patients to answer questions, provide estimates, and schedule consultation appointments
Collaborate with physicians and clinical team to ensure seamless patient experience
Overcome patient objections and barriers to scheduling in a friendly and professional method
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
Experience in elective (cosmetic, dentistry, laser vision correction) scheduling preferred
Friendly attitude with a sales driven mindset.
Excellent communication and follow-up skills, both verbal and written
