Job Summary:
Del Sol Medical Center is seeking a full time or part time trauma surgeon board certified or board eligible in surgical critical care and/or trauma for a Level II trauma hospital.
Qualified Candidates:
- Board certified in general surgery and board certified/board eligible in surgical critical care and/or trauma
- New Graduates welcome to apply
- Eligible for License to practice in the state of Texas
- ATLS certified required
- Full Time 15 shifts per month primary in-house coverage, (7A-7P or 7P-7A)
- Part Time 5-10 shifts per month primary in-house coverage, (7A-7P or 7P-7A)
- APP support provided
- 2025 Registry Volume 1730, Trauma Admissions 1206, Blunt 95%, Penetrating 4%.
- Avg. 3.4 trauma alerts per day
