Pay: $23.95 - $35.13 per hour (pay is determined based on experience)

Summary of benefits:

OOA covers part or all of the cost for Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and Long-term Disability Insurance. Employees are eligible to participate in a 401k plan with company matching. Surgery Scheduler Summary:

As a Surgery Scheduler for OOA, you will play a key role in patient care by coordinating procedures, surgeries, pre-operative and post-operative appointments for a multi-specialty orthopaedic practice. This will involve obtaining insurance authorizations, submitting patient clinical and financial information, and completing legal or medical paperwork for the patient records.

Surgery Scheduler Requirements:

• At least two years of experience in a medical setting, including experience in a scheduling-based role. Experience scheduling surgeries is strongly preferred.
• Prior authorization experience strongly preferred.
