The morning often starts by reviewing updates from providers and checking the day’s case requests. Throughout the day, you’ll balance phone calls and messages from patients and partner sites, confirm details across multiple locations, and keep information current in the system. You’ll also build in time to resolve last-minute changes, double-check key dates and paperwork status, and close out the day knowing schedules are clear and patients understand what’s next.
