Contract Details
- Position Type: Contract
- Contract Duration: 3 months
- Pay Rate: $54.00 $58.00 / Hour (USD)
- Shift / Schedule: Day shift, 4x10 hours (6:00 16:30)
- Guaranteed Hours: Facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
- Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
Job Summary
This is a CVOR Technologist position working Days (4x10 shift). Call requirements will be discussed during interview.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform CVOR Tech duties as assigned within the surgical services department
- Participate in on-call rotation per department needs:
- Vascular: If fully staffed, 7 10 days on call; weekend call includes Friday, Saturday, and Sunday - Hearts: 10 15 days on call and 2 weekends consisting of Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Note: The more staff available, the less call required; the less staff, the more call required
Required Skills
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- NBSTSA certification required
- Ability to meet on-call requirements as discussed during interview
- First-time travelers accepted
Required Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a CVOR/Surgical Tech
Education Requirements
- BLS required
- NBSTSA certification required
- Pending license: Not accepted
Work Environment / Physical Requirements
- On-call rotation required (Vascular and Hearts services)
- Weekend call coverage required (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
- Flu vaccine required no exemptions

- Locals accepted: Yes, if residing more than 50 miles from the specific facility
- All RTO (Request Time Off) must be included at time of submission; approval based on facility's needs
- Pending license: Not accepted
