Responsibilities
" Lead daily sterile processing operations while supporting department workflow.
" Coordinate the preparation, decontamination, sterilization, assembly, packaging, and distribution of surgical instruments and supplies.
" Ensure all instrumentation is properly cleaned, sterilized, and functioning before patient use.
" Support quality initiatives, inventory management, and regulatory compliance.
" Mentor staff and assist with workflow coordination.
" Utilize Censitrac and other documentation systems to maintain instrument tracking and quality standards.
