Contract Details

• Position Type: Contract
• Contract Duration: 3 months
• Pay Rate: $13.64 $17.64 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: Nights (11:00 PM 7:30 AM); 5x8 Hours. Note: For orientation and the first three weeks of the contract, travelers will be asked to work 1st shift (9:00 AM 5:30 PM) to get familiar with the unit.
• Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Job Summary

This is a Surgical Support Aide position based at the Main Campus Surgical Process Lead. The role involves lifting heavy items, transporting patients, and cleaning/turning over rooms in a surgical services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lift and transport heavy items as required by the role
• Transport patients within the surgical services environment
• Clean and turn over surgical rooms between procedures

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• AHA (American Heart Association) BLS certification or client-approved BLS certification required
• COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)

Required Experience

• 1 year of Surgical Support Tech I experience, OR 2 years of experience as a Lead
• 1 full year of customer service experience required
