    Supply Chain Technician | Surgical & Invasive Services

    Looking for a role where your work truly matters? Join our healthcare Supply Chain team and play a critical role in ensuring physicians, nurses, and clinical staff have the supplies, equipment, and resources they need to provide outstanding patient care.

    As a Supply Chain Technician, you'll support Surgical Services, Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, and Surgicenter by managing inventory, distributing critical supplies, assembling surgical case carts, and helping maintain a seamless care environment.

    Every supply delivered on time helps make a difference.

    What You'll Do

    Ensure critical medical supplies, implants, grafts, tissue products, and equipment are available when needed

    Receive, distribute, and replenish inventory accurately and efficiently

    Monitor inventory levels and maintain organized stock locations

    Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy

    Track and manage expiration dates, recalls, lot numbers, backorders, and product documentation

    Rotate inventory to reduce waste and support quality standards

    Pick supplies and assemble case carts for upcoming surgical procedures

    Restock unused supplies following procedures and maintain inventory integrity

    Collaborate with clinical teams, Sterile Processing, and Supply Chain partners to address shortages and urgent requests

    Maintain accurate records of ordered, purchased, received, and returned products

    Help identify and solve inventory discrepancies and operational challenges

    Keep workspaces clean, organized, and audit-ready

    Qualifications

    Required

    High School Diploma, GED, HSED, or equivalent experience

    2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory management, warehouse operations, healthcare support, or a related field

    Preferred

    Associate Degree

    Experience with healthcare inventory or materials management systems

    Experience with PeopleSoft MMIS, Par Excellence, Q-Sight, or similar inventory management software

    Hospital, surgical services, or clinical support experience
