    Job description:

    Job Overview
    We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Surgical Technician to join our Main Operating Room team at a leading medical center located near Liberty Lake, WA. This full-time, on-site role involves supporting surgical teams by preparing operating rooms, assisting during procedures, and ensuring high standards of sterile technique are maintained. The ideal candidate is a graduate of a registered surgical technologist program with strong experience in hospital-based surgical care.

    Duties

    • Prepare and set up sterile tables with instruments, supplies, and equipment for surgical procedures
    • Assist the surgeon during operations by passing instruments and maintaining sterile technique
    • Handle instruments and equipment post-procedure, ensuring proper care and cleaning
    • Serve in various technician roles, including Case Cart Tech, Turnover Team, or Service Line Tech
    • Support the circulating RN as needed and help ensure smooth patient flow through the OR

    Experience

    • Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospital surgical setting
    • Previous experience functioning in surgical technician roles in high-acuity environments preferred

    Qualifications

    • Graduate of a Registered Surgical Technician program (required)
    • Washington State Surgical Technologist Registration (required upon hire)
    • Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (required upon hire)
    • Authorized to work in the U.S.
    • Willingness to relocate (relocation assistance may be available for ideal candidates)
